By securing your spot, you are committing to attend this experience. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Guests may request a one-time reschedule, subject to a $20 rescheduling fee. All reschedule requests are handled at our discretion and are based on availability, with placement into a future event date that best aligns with our schedule. By booking, guests authorize the $20 rescheduling fee to be charged to the card on file if they choose to cancel and request to reschedule.

In the event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be provided.
