Where are we located

Our sessions are held in Atlanta and surrounding areas. For safety reasons, the exact location is shared via email 3 days prior to the event with confirmed attendees. If you’re traveling from out of town, please email us we’ll be happy to recommend the best area to stay for your convenience.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a deeply meditative musical experience where attendees are enveloped in sound waves. These vibrations, produced by various instruments like singing bowls and gongs, aim to restore balance to the mind and body.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient technique used for stress reduction and relaxation, with benefits for both physical and mental health.

Will I get wet?

While we've designed the experience to keep guests dry, stepping on the pool's first step will be necessary when boarding and disembarking from the floating vessels.

What should I wear?

Comfortable attire like yoga or activewear is recommended. Please dress according to the weather.

Is there anything I should do to prepare?

For the best experience, spend the day relaxing and clearing your mind. Eat lightly or arrive with an empty stomach, stay hydrated, and ensure you arrive on time to settle into your space.

What if I need to cancel?

Please email us for cancellations.

Soul Care Sessions – Refund & Reschedule Policy

All ticket purchases are final sale and non-refundable. By securing your spot, you are committing to attend this experience in full.

 

We do not offer reschedule options for individual convenience, missed appointments, or no-shows. If you do not attend your scheduled session, you will not receive a refund and you will not be rescheduled to another date.

This policy is strictly enforced due to repeated misuse of prior rescheduling accommodations.

 

Event Changes & Weather Policy

Soul Care Sessions are held rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or acts of God.

In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control that require us to cancel or reschedule for the safety of our guests, updates will be communicated via the email provided at booking. Notifications may be sent up to 3 days prior or as late as a few hours before the event, depending on the situation.

 

If a reschedule is required on our end, we may offer a new date at our discretion. Placement into the new date is not guaranteed for all guests, and if you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, no refund will be issued.

All final decisions regarding rescheduling remain solely at the discretion of Zen Aura Healing.

Location

We serve Atlanta, GA, and surrounding areas. As a mobile service, our location varies based on bookings at hotels, country clubs, or private residences. For privacy and security reasons, we do not publicly disclose our address. However, once you book a date with us, we will send you the specific address three days prior to your event. This ensures that you have all the necessary details for your appointment.

Weight Limit

The maximum weight limit is 250 lbs. If you exceed the maximum weight please contact us we may be able to accommodate you.

Private Parties

Yes, you can host a private party at your home. Please contact us via email for availability and pricing.

Pregnancy

Pregnant individuals are welcome to attend; however, a liability waiver must be signed to release Zen Aura Healing from any responsibility for incidents that may occur.

How long are the float sessions

FLOAT sessions run from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM and include one hour of floating time.
